South Shore Family Health Collaborative:
We are looking to hire an LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC to work with our thriving practice in Quincy Center. We specialize in working with couples and families, and are looking to partner with someone who has experience practicing multiple couples therapy models. Sex therapy training is encouraged, as we'd love to have you partner with our sister organization, South Shore Sexual Health Center, either as faculty or as a student. Couples Center of the Pioneer Valley:
The Couples Center of the Pioneer Valley (CCPV) is dynamic, growing team-oriented group practice focusing on treating relationship issues using the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. We are hiring for two very unique positions, both minimum of 18 hours seeing mostly couples, exclusively online from the comfort of your home or office anywhere in Massachusetts. The positions are ideal for someone who wants to work from home, not worry about creating referrals, and has comfort with working in an online format. Applicants must hold a mental health license in the state of Massachusetts as a Ph.D, Psy.D., Ed.D., LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, and are able to demonstrate experience and comfort with a wide range of issues, including trauma and addictions, and concerns unique to LGBTQ-identified clients. The Brookline Center for Community Mental Health:
Master’s level In-Home Therapy (IHT) ClinicianIn-Home Therapy is an intensive therapeutic intervention designed to stabilize families in crisis in order to reduce out of home placement (ER visits, residential placements, hospitalizations, etc.). In-home therapists provide family focused, strength-based clinical services to youth and their families. IHT services are provided in the home and community, and are focused on supporting the behavioral health needs of youth in the home and improving the abilities of families to support themselves.

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide in-home, culturally responsive family therapy as part of a two-person team using a family systems approachComplete assessments, CANS, progress notes, safety plans, and treatment plans on time.
- Provide families with risk management and safety planning, assist the youth and family in improving patterns of interaction and provide caregivers with education and skill building
- Assist families in identifying and utilizing community resources and natural supports.
- Coordinate with collateral providers, state agencies, schools and other involved individuals.
- Travel to children's homes in the community.
- Assist youth and families in advocating for themselves.

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work within a team
- Must be able to work some evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required for local travel
- Crisis intervention skills
- Case management skills
- Working knowledge of CBHI regulations and IHT model preferred

Required Experience:
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related field required
- At least one-year experience working in a professional clinical and therapeutic setting is preferred - Must have a working knowledge of children, adolescents and family system clinical issues
